I. Overview
Differential pressure flowmeters are widely used. The traditional differential pressure flowmeter is composed of throttle device, pressure tube, transmitter and secondary instrument, which is difficult to install and use. The integrated intelligent flowmeter is a new type of flow detection instrument developed by adopting new technology in the traditional detection theory. Two, the working principle
The integrated intelligent flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) developed by our company adopts high-quality and high-precision differential pressure sensor, low-power microprocessor and optimized auxiliary circuit to integrate differential pressure, pressure, temperature and microcomputer control and calculation into a professional multi-function instrument. The instrument not only has strong function, small size and light weight, but can form an integrated differential pressure flowmeter with any throttling device. From the technical level to solve the urgent problems in the use of differential pressure flowmeter. Due to the use of computer technology, the instrument in the acquisition of pressure, differential pressure and temperature signals, the first strict digital calculation processing, and then according to the corresponding calculation way to calculate the instantaneous flow and directly accumulate and output. It is better than the traditional flowmeter in installation, use, maintenance and cost. In addition, the meter is specially set to detect the ambient temperature, which can be used to overcome the signal drift generated by the meter in different temperature environments. It can ensure that the detection error of the differential pressure signal is not more than 1‰ when the ambient temperature is 0-60ºC, and the electromagnetic isolation technology makes the anti-interference and self-protection ability of the meter greatly improved.
