1. Overview

Electromagnetic flowmeter design and manufacturing in line with the standard JB/T9248-2015 "electromagnetic flowmeter", is a measurement of conductive medium volume flow speed instrument, in the field monitoring display at the same time, can output the standard current signal, for recording, regulation, control use, automatic detection control, and can realize the signal long-distance transmission. Widely used in environmental protection, steel, petroleum, chemical, coal, metallurgy, minerals, paper, water supply and drainage, food, medicine and other industries in the flow measurement of conductive liquid. The structure of the instrument has a body type and a sub-body type.

2. Special points

No moving parts in the measuring tube, easy to maintain and manage; Free flow parts, no pressure loss;

★ The lowest electrical conductivity of the measured liquid is ≥20μS/cm. With various lining materials, it can be used to measure the flow of various acid, alkali, salt solution and mud, pulp, pulp and other media.

★ The measurement accuracy is not affected by the fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity changes, the sensor induced voltage signal and the average flow rate is linear relationship, high measurement accuracy;

Low frequency rectangular wave excitation, not affected by power frequency and field interference, stable and reliable work;

★ Not affected by the direction of fluid, positive and negative can be accurate measurement;

★ LCD backlight display, online parameter modification, easy to operate;

3. Measurement principle

Electromagnetic flowmeter is the use of Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction principle, that is, conductive objects in the magnetic field to cut the magnetic line of force motion, induction electromotive force in the conductor. Its induced electromotive force

S -- Cross-sectional area of the catheter (m²)

When the flow rate is measured, the conductive liquid flows through a magnetic field perpendicular to the flow direction at the flow rate V. The conductive liquid flow induces a voltage proportional to the average flow rate. The induced voltage signal is detected through the electrode in direct contact with the liquid. For the same flowmeter S, B, d are constant, so the flow rate is proportional to the magnitude of the induced electromotive force E(or flow rate V).
