Product Description

Overview
The smart flowmeter is a kind of high-accuracy and high-reliability flow meter to measure flow volume of conductive liquid or serum in a closed sealing pipeline. Widely used in electric power plant, oil and gas industry, chemical industry, coal, metallurgy, mining, paper making, water supply and drainage, food and other industries.
Features

  1. There's no influence to accuracy with change of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity.
  2. Do not require much upstream and downstream straight run can be installed in relatively short meters.
  3. High definition LCD display with backlight and it's easy to read.
  4. Adopted PFA lining for high-pressure electromagnetic flow meter with high pressure, negative-pressure resistance,  widely used in petrochemical, mineral industry.
  5. Generally used for process detection, and measurement for ore pulp, paper pulp and paste liquid.
  6. There's three inner calculators- positive gross, reverse gross and difference value to dual measuring system to display positive, reverse flow with varied kinds of output: current, pulse, digital communication and Hart.
  7. Ex-type instrument is used for relative Ex-proof environment.

Electrode Material Application
SUS316 Applicable for water, sewage and low corrosive medium;
Widely used in industries of petrol, chemistry, carbamide etc.
Hastelloy B(HB) Having strong resistance to hydrochloric acid of any consistence which is below boiling point.
Resistable against vitriol,phosphate, hydrofluoricacid, organic acid etc which are oxidable acid, alkali and non-oxidable salt.
Hastelloy C(HC) Be resistant to oxidable acid such as nitric acid, mixed acid as well as oxidable salt such as Fe+++,Cu++ and sea water
Titanium(Ti) Applicable for seawater, and kinds of chloride, hypochlorite salt, oxidable acid (including fuming nitric acid), organic acid, alkali etc. Not resistant to a pure reducing acid (such as sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid) corrosion. But if acid contains antioxidant (such as Fe+++,Cu++) is greatly reduce corrosion
Tantalum(Ta) Having strong resistance to corrosive mediums that is similar with glass. Almost applicable in most  chemicals mediums except for  oleum and alkali
Platinum-iridium Almost be applicable in all chemical mediums except fortis, ammonium salt
Stainless Steel Coated Tungsten Carbide Applicable for non-corrosive and strong abrasive liquid
