An overview of the
HJP series porous balance flow sensor adopts the world's most advanced symmetrical porous structure design, is currently one of the most advanced differential pressure flowmeters.
The HJP series porous balanced flow sensor has the advantages of simple, reliable, safe, wide application, etc. Besides the standard throttling device, it also has the advantages of high precision, low requirement of straight pipe section, wide measuring range ratio, small permanent pressure loss, etc. At the same time, it also overcomes the shortcomings of the standard throttling device, such as debris retention, blockage, easy wear of edge acute Angle, high maintenance and verification cost, and has a broad development prospect.
Principle of Operation
HJP series porous balance flow sensors follow the law of fluid mechanics and Bernoulli equation, flow meter flow coefficient, sensor porous aperture position, shape design and number of holes through the unique research and development data calculation, and optimize various working conditions, so that the measurement accuracy, repeatability, range ratio, permanent pressure loss and other comprehensive indicators to reach the best. It has become one of the most advanced differential pressure flowmeters.
HJP series porous balanced flow sensors combine the measurement principle of porous rectifier and standard orifice plate. Based on a circular hole in the center of the throttle plate, the number of unequal circular holes are symmetrically distributed. When the medium flows through the circular hole, the fluid is balanced and the eddy current is minimized to form an approximate ideal fluid. Through the pressure taking device and the transmitter, the stable differential pressure signal can be obtained, and the flow rate of the fluid can be calculated according to Bernoulli equation.
HJP series porous balanced flow sensors achieve the best effect of balanced flow field rectification, fully meet the requirements of fluid dynamics law for fluid measurement, to minimize the dead zone effect. The eddy current generated before and after the throttling part is greatly reduced, which significantly improves the measuring accuracy. There is no need for long straight pipe section rectification. The permanent pressure loss is reduced to about 1/3 of the traditional throttling device due to the reduction of eddy current, the range ratio is extended to 10:1, the phenomenon of debris retention is basically eliminated, and the non-acute Angle design greatly improves the service life of the product.
The characteristics of
High linearity, good repeatability
Because the HJP series porous balanced flow sensor has the characteristics of porous symmetrical structure and a large number of detection data show that the porous balanced flow sensor can balance the flow field, reduce the eddy current, reduce the vibration and signal noise, the stability of the flow field is greatly improved, the linearity is increased by 5~10 times compared with the orifice plate, the repeatability is increased by 54% to 0.15%. From its comprehensive performance, porous orifice flowmeter has high-end flowmeter performance, can be used for trade measurement.
At 5:1 range ratio, the linearity is up to ±0.3%
At 7:1 range ratio, the linearity reaches ±0.7%
At 10:1 range ratio, the linearity reaches ±1.0%
The straight pipe section has low requirements
Because the HJP series porous balanced flow sensor can make the flow field stable, and the pressure recovery is twice faster than the traditional throttle device, greatly shorten the requirements on the straight pipe section, the front and back straight pipe section is generally 3D and 1D, save a lot of straight pipe section, especially the special, expensive materials of the pipeline.
Low permanent pressure loss
Due to the porous symmetrical balance design, the formation of shear force and eddy current of flocs is reduced, and the loss of kinetic energy is reduced. Under the same measuring conditions, the permanent pressure loss is reduced by 2.5 times compared with the traditional throttling device, thus saving considerable movement energy cost. It is an energy-saving instrument, worthy of extensive use and promotion.
Not easy to block
Due to the balanced design of porous symmetry, the formation of flocs shear force and eddy current is reduced, thus greatly reducing the formation of residual dead zone, to ensure that the mixed gas can smoothly pass through multiple throttling holes, can be used for a long time not easy to plug.
Good long-term stability
Due to the obvious reduction of flock-flow shear force of the porous orifice flowmeter, the direct friction between the medium and the throttle hole is greatly reduced, so that its B value can remain unchanged for a long time, and the whole instrument has no moving parts, so it can maintain long-term stability.
Can measure complex working medium
Due to the special structure design, so that it has special performance, it can be used for gas-liquid two-phase, mud, and even solid particles measurement, porous orifice flowmeter can measure two-way flow.
